Jenny is amazing! Walking in feels like stepping into a friend’s cozy home rather than a business — warm, welcoming, and she gives you her full attention the whole time. I tried both Reiki and Yumi lash lift for the first time here and loved both. The Reiki left me feeling so light and relaxed, and the lash lift was so soothing I think I actually fell asleep! Warm blankets, delicious tea after each session, and affirmation cards that somehow always hit exactly where I’m at in life. This place is relaxing, tranquil, and truly nurturing. Great! I recently had an incredible experience with an integrated facial, sugaring hair removal, and brow shaping/lamination, and I can't recommend it enough! The facial was incredibly rejuvenating, leaving my skin radiant and refreshed. The hair removal was gentle and effective, making the process (and my lady bits) seamless. The brow shaping and lamination transformed my look, giving me perfectly defined brows that frame my face beautifully. I first went to Jenny when she was still on Maui, and it was my very first threading experience. After that, I never went back to waxing! She always kept my brows looking natural, and the experience was amazing every time. I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Jenny is in high demand, but I was lucky enough to get an appointment before an important event. Now that she’s on Oahu, I’m more than willing to fly once or even twice a month just to see her—she’s that good!

I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Jenny's business. I have been getting waxed by her for about 3 months now and have noticed such a healthy growth cycle compared to other places. I have been coming to Jenny for 7 years now and absolutely LOVE HER! I see her for threading and sugaring, but just recently did the LUMI lash lift with her. It came out amazing as expected! I have short, straight lashes that never stay when I try to curl them. The lash lift has held and is a game changer for me! Not only are her services top tier, but she is so easy to talk to and makes you comfortable. For brow threading, she shapes it perfectly and allows growth in sparse areas to keep the natural look. The YUMILash Lift is my favorite because it is super low maintenance and I wake up with perfectly curled lashes without having to do anything! It lasts so long and doesn’t damage my lashes. I have been going to Jenny for years. Started with sugaring/Brazilians, eventually added in brow/lip threading, and more recently, Yumi lash lift/tint. Jenny is hands-down the best in her field. She is detail oriented, meticulous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes great pride in her work and technique and is always learning ways to make her work even better. I suffered from terrible ingrown hairs in my bikini area caused by mediocre soft wax jobs from other estheticians. My brows always seemed to miss the mark. I had convinced myself that I was doomed to have non-existent lashes that I wouldn’t dare damage with lash extensions. After seeing Jenny, my ingrown are non-existent, brows always on point and unbelievably flawless, and I have insanely princessy lashes that are 100% mine and healthy. Aside from the flawless techniques, she is an amazing human being that genuinely cares about her clients. The combination of her sense of humor and her no-nonsense advice makes every appointment amazing; so much so that I joking call my appointments with her “going to church!”

After a horrible Brazilian waxing experience, I needed to find another option besides hot wax. I had been looking into sugaring for a while and a friend recommended Jenny. From the moment, I met Jenny I felt at ease and a sense of sincerity. Her shop was welcoming, impeccably clean and super cute. During my sugaring treatment Jenny was very professional, truthful about the pain and patient. The treatment lasted an hour and fifteen minutes and my opinion is hurt more than regular waxing. Jenny explained that waxing is done while pulling against the normal hair and this causes breakage in the hair and removal of skin, while sugaring is done in the same direction of the hair so you are pulling every hair out by its root. I felt every hair being pulled out for sure!! The sensation feels like getting 15-20 hairs plucked out at once..yeah I know it doesn’t sound fun at all but the results are worth it, I promise!! After 24 hours, the tenderness was gone and I was left with super smooth skin. In 4 weeks, I returned for my second sugaring treatment and I was shocked when the pain was way less and it only took 30 minutes!! With time to spare I decided to try threading. Threading also hurts but the results were incredible because Jenny is able to remove the hair very precisely. No more waxing burns and butchered eyebrows for me. So, if you are thinking about trying sugaring or threading look no farther. Jenny is an amazing Esthetician who absolutely loves what she does.

I have been going to Jenny for years. Started with sugaring/Brazilians, eventually added in brow/lip threading, and more recently, Yumi lash lift/tint. Jenny is hands-down the best in her field. After a horrible Brazilian waxing experience, I needed to find another option besides hot wax. I had been looking into sugaring for a while and a friend recommended Jenny. From the moment, I met Jenny I felt at ease and a sense of sincerity. Her shop was welcoming, impeccably clean and super cute. During my sugaring treatment Jenny was very professional, truthful about the pain and patient. The treatment lasted an hour and fifteen minutes and my opinion is hurt more than regular waxing. Jenny explained that waxing is done while pulling against the normal hair and this causes breakage in the hair and removal of skin, while sugaring is done in the same direction of the hair so you are pulling every hair out by its root. I felt every hair being pulled out for sure!! The sensation feels like getting 15-20 hairs plucked out at once..yeah I know it doesn’t sound fun at all but the results are worth it, I promise!! After 24 hours, the tenderness was gone and I was left with super smooth skin. In 4 weeks, I returned for my second sugaring treatment and I was shocked when the pain was way less and it only took 30 minutes!! With time to spare I decided to try threading. Threading also hurts but the results were incredible because Jenny is able to remove the hair very precisely. No more waxing burns and butchered eyebrows for me. So, if you are thinking about trying sugaring or threading look no farther. Jenny is an amazing Esthetician who absolutely loves what she does.
