Appointment Policies Deposit Policy: A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Policy: Arriving 5–10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling and result in a 50% service charge. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% service charge. Health Policy: If you are feeling sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Emergency Clause: True emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
