Scheduling Policies: Card on file is required to book an appt. Card will ONLY be charged for DEPOSIT and in the event of last minute rescheduling/cancellations and no call no shows! Deposits: $35 deposit is required to book a service. All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE The $35 deposit goes towards your service. Remaining balance is due IN CASH the day of service. Rescheduling: You are only allowed to reschedule ONCE after that you forfeit your $35 deposit and will have to pay another $35 to be able to schedule a future appointment again. You can reschedule up to 48hr before your appointment with no penalty. If you reschedule in under 48hrs you will be charged 50% of REMAINING balance. Cancellations: Requires 48 hr notice. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charge 100% booked servic. Late Policy: 10 min grace period after 10 min appt will be cancelled & you will be charged cancellation fee of 100% booked service. Full policies are sent to you upon booking
