I absolutely loved my appointment with Chanelle. The salon ambience was very relating and peaceful and Chanelle met me at the door with a friendly smile and welcome. She took the time to thoroughly assess my hair and asked thoughtful questions about my current hair care routine. Her apprentice/assistant (Irene) provided one of the best shampoo experiences I’ve had in a long time, followed by a deep conditioning treatment under the steamer and cup of tea that was incredibly relaxing. Chanelle educated me on my hair’s density and porosity, recommended a personalized at-home hair care regimen, and gave me a great haircut. While I was sad to have to cut my hair, I truly love the final result and appreciate her honesty about what was healthiest for my hair. Both Chanelle and her Irene were very personable and provided excellent customer service throughout the appointment. I was so pleased with the experience that I already scheduled my next appointment in two weeks for flat twists. You will NOT be disappointed coming to see Chanelle.

The ambiance of the salon, which is very minimalist in design, along with the great customer service is top tier! My hair and scalp feels so refreshed! This was my first time going to a salon in about 3 years. The experience was like something I’ve never encountered. The stylists and the atmosphere are both very welcoming. They focus on scalp health and that was what sold me. Ty did a fantastic job explaining what could be causing the issues that I’m experiencing and gave great suggestions and products that can help me maintain my hair in between appointments. Omg I don’t even know where to start. The moment I enter this salon I just knew I was coming back. The salon is beautiful and clean. The customer service is amazing. I got offered drinks (coffee or water) plus more. My stylist was Chanelle Brooks. When I say she is TOP TIER. I mean that. Honey I just got out the chair and already got my next appointment booked. She’s a great stylist with a beautiful spirit. I love my hair also. Honey this hair is blowing in the wind. Iykyk. If you leave a chair and your hair not blowing in the wind honey something ain’t right. But honestly 1000/10 I DO RECOMMEND. Everything felt amazing from the shampoo, steam treatment and all. Even getting that damaged hair cut off felt amazing. Thank you so much for bringing me back to life. THANK YOU 😊

To start: the salon is beautiful, clean and calm. I booked a Deluxe Silk Press with Terra and I am still in awe. She gave me the best shampoo experience I’ve ever had. She identified possible problems with my daily hair care routine. She also educated me on how to care for my hair throughout the appointment. By the end not only was my hair beautiful and full of body but we created a plan to keep my hair healthy. I’m so excited to have found a salon home and amazing stylist.

I had such an AMAZING experience. The atmosphere and vibe of this salon is one that is inviting, relaxing and serene. It's 2 stories which upon first entrance instantly gave luxury. The BEST experience I have ever had! If I could give this salon more than 5 stars, I would! My friend and I have been searching for a head spa in the area, and we were NOT disappointed. We chose Simplistic Haircare because of their reasonable prices. Bri was absolutely amazing and I had chills the whole time! She was so gentle and made it the most relaxing and comforting experience I have literally ever had! I will definitely be back!! Also - I have very wavy and frizzy hair, but my hair air-dried PERFECTLY because of the products they used while washing. This place and their team is absolutely AMAZING and I cannot say enough good things about my whole experience in general! I will be bringing everyone I know!

Let me tell y’all something! I am a huge advocate for taking care of “you.” Simplistic did not come up short (at all). I found out about this salon from a friend. This was my first visit and I was impressed from start to finish. My experience was an amazing one. My stylist, Chenelle took good care of me. Client care was taken to a different level. The ambiance was great and the vibe was so nice. It’s like having a spa treatment and hair care treatment all in one! Now, to my hair… Chenelle talked me through my hair concerns and gave me a very nice trim/cut and flare iron style. Overall, it was everything. If you ask me how my mental health is after visiting Simplistic I would definitely say it’s well and I’m at ease! That’s what self care is all about. I’m pleased! Thank you so much!

The shampoo was absolutely magnificent, it made my hair feel incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The smell was lovely and stayed pleasant throughout the day. Also, the ambiance was just what one would want it to be calm, inviting and very much conducive to relaxation. It made me feel completely at ease and pampered.

Ty is the best. I’ve never experienced such kindness in a hair stylist to educate me on my hair. Not to mention the care and tenderness she possessed when combing through my 4c natural hair making sure to softly detangle every strain with care. The scalp massage put me to sleep. I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I love it. I have scalp issues so I wash my hair every week even with my protective styles (knot less braids) in and this is saving my scalp. My hair itches a lot less and my scalp isn’t dry or flaky anymore. I’m going to use this product FOREVER!!!!

Great experience absolutely loved it! Excellent and thorough cosmetologist Bri and Chenelle. Gave me excellent advance on how often I should wash my hair. And the scalp is the foundation for scalp growth you must nourish it like a plant for health hair growth! The dry scalp treatment was amazing.. the massage everything!! Great energy. Great people!!! My experience was amazing. I went for my back to school hairstyle. As soon as I walked in the door I received a robe. The shampoo and conditioner treatment with a deep scalp massage was excellent. I was asked did I want a water or tea immediately after my wash and I chose the tea. I then got my install and loved my hairstyle. Quality service and relaxing experience. Thank you I will be back.

My experience was great, as always! Upon arrival, you walk right in for your appointment and go straight to the chair! My service was a Demi color, treatment, and silk press. The staff is always welcoming and the environment is soothing and relaxing. Chanelle and her assistant are amazing. The shampoo session will give you chills, while the steam hydration treatment puts you to sleep. The blow dry process was gentle and pain free, DO YOU HEAR ME?!?! Pain FREE!!! Chanelle isn’t heavy handed at all, and you don’t have to fear being burned from the flat iron. Your finished style will be shiny and bouncy with your hair smelling good (not like burnt flat irons)!!!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon. 10/10, book Simplistic!

WOW- headspa!!!!! 10/10 stars for this amazing, woman owned company!!!! Firstly, we were treated with such grace after being a few minutes late due to traffic. Then, they went OVER time by a lot. My best friend and I got ours done at the same time as a little girly time, and we are SPEECHLESS!!!!! Ty had intentional touch in every single stroke, and the calm/relaxing experience was exactly what I needed! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!!!!!

The shampoo was absolutely magnificent, it made my hair feel incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The smell was lovely and stayed pleasant throughout the day. Also, the ambiance was just what one would want it to be calm, inviting and very much conducive to relaxation. It made me feel completely at ease and pampered.

My 9-year old loved Brianna's services. She for a silk press and trim and is already telling me she wants to go back.

Ty is the best. I’ve never experienced such kindness in a hair stylist to educate me on my hair. Not to mention the care and tenderness she possessed when combing through my 4c natural hair making sure to softly detangle every strain with care. The scalp massage put me to sleep. God has truly blessed your hands Ty!! If you haven’t experienced the simplicity salon…you need too! I have finally found a stylist that gave me what I needed and much more.♥️♥️♥️

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I love it. I have scalp issues so I wash my hair every week even with my protective styles (knot less braids) in and this is saving my scalp. My hair itches a lot less and my scalp isn’t dry or flaky anymore. I’m going to use this product FOREVER!!!!

Great experience absolutely loved it! Excellent and thorough cosmetologist Bri and Chenelle. Gave me excellent advance on how often I should wash my hair. And the scalp is the foundation for scalp growth you must nourish it like a plant for health hair growth! The dry scalp treatment was amazing.. the massage everything!! Great energy. Great people!!! Definitely would recommend simplistic Salon for scalp treatment for sure.

My experience was amazing. I went for my back to school hairstyle. As soon as I walked in the door I received a robe. The shampoo and conditioner treatment with a deep scalp massage was excellent. I was asked did I want a water or tea immediately after my wash and I chose the tea. I then got my install and loved my hairstyle. Quality service and relaxing experience. Thank you I will be back.

Simplistic Salon is a very welcoming and warming Salon. Each lady in the salon try to make sure all of your needs are met and you have the best experience while there. Today I had the pleasure of being in Tye's chair. Tye shampoos are to die for. She is very detailed when performing her services and very professional. My experience was great, as always! Upon arrival, you walk right in for your appointment and go straight to the chair! My service was a Demi color, treatment, and silk press. The staff is always welcoming and the environment is soothing and relaxing. Chanelle and her assistant are amazing. The shampoo session will give you chills, while the steam hydration treatment puts you to sleep. The blow dry process was gentle and pain free, DO YOU HEAR ME?!?! Pain FREE!!! Chanelle isn’t heavy handed at all, and you don’t have to fear being burned from the flat iron. Your finished style will be shiny and bouncy with your hair smelling good (not like burnt flat irons)!!!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon. 10/10, book Simplistic!

WOW- headspa!!!!! 10/10 stars for this amazing, woman owned company!!!! Firstly, we were treated with such grace after being a few minutes late due to traffic. Then, they went OVER time by a lot. My best friend and I got ours done at the same time as a little girly time, and we are SPEECHLESS!!!!! Ty had intentional touch in every single stroke, and the calm/relaxing experience was exactly what I needed! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!!!!!
