The Wellness Consult is the first step of your healing journey with Essential Wellness. This consult identifies your health challenges and goals for healing. Several health forms need to be filled out prior to this session. Should you decide to move forward with a functional medicine nutritional coaching program, the $50 fee will be credited toward the cost of the program. The session can be in the office or over ZOOM!
