I love everything about getting a facial from Kyla. She makes the whole experience feel like a retreat, on top of the fact that she is just so good at what she does. She is also a wealth of knowledge about all things skincare and genuinely cares about her clients. I recommend her to everyone I know who is interested in hiring an esthetician.

I had such a wonderful experience with it being my first official facial. I’ve had facials in the past, but nothing like this. Kyla is very knowledgeable about Skin and walked me through every step. Serenity is great! Monica provided excellent service, asked many questions about my skin, explained everything before the service and as we went along. The facility is nice, the rooms are larger than a lot of other day spas, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room for Monica to move around. I would give my facial (not the service) a 3. I had the enzyme facial. It’s different for sure, feels different during the process, like being a donut being glazed, but i should’ve asked for more information about it before I scheduled. 2 days after the service, my face looks okay, no real difference that I can tell yet, but my chest is actually painful. Blotchy, itchy, red, scaly, dry and really sensitive. I’m hoping that in a few days it will calm down more, but I cannot recommend this service, but try another! I’m sure that a traditional facial would be a much better process, or maybe ask for a lot of detail when scheduling something out of the norm. My only other suggestion is that during the waiting time -while the mask hardens (30-40 minutes), it would be a huge plus if they added to hand massage or something simple like that to make the cost worth it. Just select the right service and you’ll be happy. 😃

Their new location is so cute!!! I love the vibes and “treat yo self” feeling I get walking in there 🥰 I scheduled a lash lift and tint with Monica and she did not disappoint! I have super long lashes so this was a treat!!! She took her time and made sure I was happy with results.12/10!!!! Recommend!!!!!!

I have been seeing Kyla since Fall of 2022 and my skin has improved tremendously. I have very sensitive, dry, acne prone skin and I am in a place where I barely see inflamed acne anymore. This review is long overdue. I have had acne problems pretty much all my life and I have never found something that has worked well for me. Until I found Kyla. My skin has been feeling better and looking better in only a month and a half and not only that but Kyla is such a sweetheart! She is easy to talk to and you can learn so much from her about your skin. Honestly, I have learned more and also gotten clearer skin with her than I have ever done at a dermatologist. 100% recommended.

Monica is the best. She’s listened and empathized with me through my full range of emotions through the clearing process. And she gave me the skin I’ve been dreaming of for years. I struggled with bumpy, textured skin and blackheads with active breakouts. Now my skin is smooth, I don’t really have blackheads, and the acne is pretty much completely gone. I’ve seen a huge difference. It’s been a process, it took a few months, but I’m so grateful I stuck with it and stayed determined. I will continue to trust Monica and highly recommend her to others.

I messaged Kyla on Instagram at the beginning of the year and she was able to get me on her a schedule virtually, since I live in Virginia! After a few months of calls and some different regimens, she was able to help me get my acne under control! She really went above and beyond, she's the best!

After having tried everything (I mean everything: Tretinoin, spironolactone, antibiotics, and all the topicals on the market) I finally decided to go a different route. Monica has been great help on my acne journey, in a year, my face has come a long way and is looking the best it has in years! Albeit not perfect, it is a huge step up. There has been great communication, and all the steps were explained, as well as any other treatments that have been recommended. I was overly impressed with the website, because it told me exactly what to expect and let me tell you - Kyla is a GEM. I did the acne boot camp and it was literally life changing. I feel comfortable and confident living life without makeup most days and I just continue at home routines and occasional facials to maintain my skin now! So worth it. Highly reccomend.
