Swedish Massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage which uses long, flowing strokes to relax soft body tissue, alleviate stress and tension and contribute to a sense of overall well-being. Swedish Massage typically consists of light to medium pressure strokes, which assist with deep relaxation.

Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Cupping is the inverse of typical pressure-based massage. The cups lift the muscle, fascia, and skin away from the body, bringing circulation and restoring health to areas of tension. During the session, your therapist will place special suction cups on your back. The massage of your choice is performed on your legs and glutes while the cups are utilized to soften the musculature of the back. Your session ends with the removal of the cups and the application of deep tissue massage on your back.

Through a series of specific massage techniques, your therapist will help to improve circulation and regulate the healing power of "Qi" in your body.
