Our One Day Workshop is 8 hours of one-to-one training for your dog. 5-6 of those are spent with our trainer working with your dog in various environments followed by 2-3 hours of training with you at your home. It starts with the trainer going to your home to meet your family and your dog. After a quick consultation and a look around your home environment, your dog will be safely transported to an appropriate training location that will vary depending on the weather and your dog’s needs and temperament. During the training time, a thorough assessment of your dog’s learning styles, motivations, and tolerances will be conducted. A plan will then be developed for the best use of the workshop time. Guided by your input during the consultation, good manners, leash skills, and obedience commands will be taught and practiced. The last part of the day is spent teaching you our leadership laws and working with you and your dog on their new skills.
