This is 45 min. deep tissue focused session using a variety of modalities working on a targeted area. This targeted approach addresses your main area of concern and working all areas involved with this main issue. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
