I was in in great need of a massage with lots of tension in my upper body and lower back and hips. Rhea is very attentive to my targeted areas and I came out of session feeling so relaxed and able to get more range of motion movements with my joints. She is a skilled massage therapist who excels in therapeutic massages and blends her work with therapeutic stretches and cupping techniques. I highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you Rhea!

I had my first ever massage today and it was freaking amazing; literally life changing for the 35min focused massage for only $65!!!! My back has been killing me for a hot minute now and had soooo many knots. I booked an appointment with Mrs. Rhea and walked out that building a brand new person! I felt so relaxed and my back felt so much better. Mrs. Rhea was literally the best and so sweet, she took the time to listen to what was bothering me most and really focused in on it. She made me feel very comfortable for this being my first ever massage and i had ZERO issues or complaints the entire time- ANDDDDD her massage room was so cool and therapeutic. This is the first time in WEEKS i’ve laid down in my bed and haven’t felt any pain in my back. If you need someone who’s got good prices and knows what she’s doing, don’t walk- 👏🏻RUNNNNNN👏🏻 to Mrs. Rhea at Resilient body massage in hernando!! I went home and had to book another massage for an 1 hour!!

The best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to all of my needs and addressed my sore neck and shoulders. I felt so relaxed and my muscle tension was relieved by the end of the session. I will definitely be back.

I booked the 35-minute focused table session because I carry a lot of stress and tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back—and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, Rhea was incredibly attentive and genuinely listened to my concerns, making sure she understood where I was feeling the most discomfort. She checked in with me throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Once she got to work, I could immediately feel the difference. She was very intuitive and quickly found several tight, stubborn areas that I didn’t even realize were holding so much tension. With skill and care, she really worked through those spots, easing the tightness and helping my muscles finally relax. It honestly felt like she worked magic—by the end of the session, my shoulders felt lighter, my neck had more mobility, and the constant tension I’d been carrying was noticeably reduced. It was such a positive, relieving experience, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. I truly appreciate how attentive and skilled she was, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone dealing with stress or muscle tension. I went home and booked another appointment!!

I had an amazing experience with Rhea! Scheduling the service was super easy, and she was so kind and welcoming from the start. I instantly felt at ease around her — she’s one of those genuinely down-to-earth people who make you feel comfortable right away. I was traveling for work and looking for a relaxing massage with a little friendly conversation, and she was the perfect match for that. After some long days on my feet, my body was aching, and she truly worked out every bit of tension. Her massage technique was excellent — everyone’s style is different, but every once in a while, you find someone who just nails it, and she sure did. The pressure was perfect. The space itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully set up. Everything looked new and well cared for, and even the scent in the room was calming and natural (which I really appreciate since I’m sensitive to strong fragrances). It all added up to such a relaxing, wonderful experience. I will definitely book with Rhea again if I come back for work next year!

Rhea was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to take care of me. She is so sweet and also a very skilled masseuse! I’ve had massages I didn’t love before, but she did everything and more to make it an incredible experience! Will definitely be back.

I’ve had a lot of physical trauma.. paralysis, knee surgeries, shoulder surgery, back surgeries and I’ve had my hip out and sciatica for over 6 months. Been to chiropractors, other massage therapists and by far Rhea was the absolute best. She didn’t want me leaving with as much pain as I walked in with. She was determined to give me relief and truly cared about my wellbeing. She only has a year experience but yet better than ones I e gone too with years of experience. I highly recommend Rhea for her passion of true desire to help her clients!

My experience was great! Rhea was so patient with this being my first massage. She made sure I was comfortable. The environment felt calm, soft, and clean. She prepared relaxing music with a comfortable room temperature. I felt very relaxed and prepared to nap afterward lol . This was a nice reset for my Sunday.

Rhea was absolutely amazing !! She worked out my sciatic and used cupping and stretching to relieve my pain and I left feeling brand new! She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you leave in better shape than you came in, highly recommend her!!!
