This complimentary consultation is designed to help us connect by video prior to your first session. It gives us a chance to see and hear each other, you will see *just* how much I talk with my hands, and we will be able to go over things like what your goals are for your sessions, your health history, policies, and to give you an opportunity to ask questions. This service is offered at no cost to you, and it is required to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your first session.

This consultation session is also good for connecting if you are a mental health professional or other provider wanting to learn more about what I do before you recommend me to your clients/patients.

Please note that even though my scheduler will request a credit card to hold this appointment, you will not be charged and your information is completely confidential and secure-- I am unable to view any cc information saved into this system.
