Wow! One of the best massages of my entire existence. Leslie really took the time to listen to my issues and then explain in full detail what she uses to assist with the massage which was cupping and hot stones too. She also had a cell phone charging station which is very 2025. I will definitely be back here.

Leslie is amazing!! This was my first time ever getting a massage. I was having pain in my shoulders and neck which was giving me some headaches and jaw pain! Leslie walked me through the massage and really focused on the areas i told her that were bothering me! After my massage I could feel that my shoulders and neck weren’t as tight as when I came in!! Leslie is awesome! It was my first massage with her. You get a 30 minute consult which doesn't go towards your actual table time. She really listens and focuses on the areas you specify to her & she checks in to make sure you are comfortable. I enjoyed this massage more than any others that I've had because the treatment is dynamic based on the clients need, not locked into one "category" if you will. And everything you receive is included in the price you pay instead of "add ons". I will be coming here every time that I'm in town!!

Leslie, the massage therapist, is a dream. She is very intuitive when it comes to body aches and where the body needs attention. She always remembers to ask when you come in which areas need focus. I love how she has different tools and does not hesitate to pull them out and use them so you can get a well rounded massage. She is especially effective with my foot pain. I have sore feet that wakes me up at night and have gone too many doctors to figure it out, but I have not been successful. However, Leslie is able to use her instruments in order to relieve my foot pain and thus far, she has been the ONLY massage therapist that I’ve been to that is able to attend to my feet effectively. I am extremely thankful for her skills and knowledge. She’s definitely one of a kind.

Leslie is nothing short of a rock star. I am one of those people who "doesn't like being touched" and has a difficult time relaxing to even enjoy a massage. My first appointment with Leslie - I fell asleep. She is very in tune to your needs, employs a variety of methods including cupping, heating pads, bamboo, etc. and is incredibly professional. She has made my TMJ pain and headaches resolve with a single session (disclaimer - results may vary). She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and explains what she is doing and why it works - if you want her to. If you would rather relax in silence and let her do her thing, she provides an incredibly relaxing experience in a very comfortable setting. I would never go to anyone other than Leslie after finding her! Updated review 12/2024: I’m not a relaxed person. I didn’t have any specific areas of concern to be addressed and just wanted a relaxing experience. Leslie understood the assignment. Her treatment room is tranquil and serene. Her hands and tools are magic. As much as I didn’t think I had any particularly problematic areas, I could tell I had a few areas of tightness while she was working on me - because I could tell she noticed them and changed her technique to ease my tension. The level of pressure and the tools used never caused me any discomfort. After my 90 minutes, I felt like jello. I went in with ankle pain, limited motion and difficulty walking. Leslie and I discussed my symptoms and she began the session. By the end of the session my pain was decreased, I had significant increase in range of motion and my ambulation had improved. In addition, she has successfully treated me for various back, hip, and swelling issues. Her knowledge, treatment practices, and outcomes consistently exceed expectations. Leslie gave me the best massage, she worked out some really tight and painful spots in the most relaxing and easy way - I wasn't even sore after! There was a wonderful atmosphere with soothing music that was so unique. There was also a mat to lay on which made the entire experience so much more relaxing as I wasn't smashed the entire time - it would be great for anyone with a larger chest or stomach, including pregnant women. I have been going to Leslie at Quality Life Massage Therapy for two hour deep tissue massages over the past several years. She has worked wonders on my neck (I work long hours on a computer) and low back area (have herniated discs)! I was having pain in my knee and found it difficult to do the activities I enjoy doing. After one session with Leslie my pain was reduced tremendously. For years now I've known that Leslie Forrester was incredible at her job. But today she definitely earned the title miracle worker. I had been suffering from an excruciating headache for going on 5 days. Leslie spent five minutes with me end and the results were just amazing. I have been going to Leslie for the last several years. When COVID hit, I really missed her massages since she closed down - first, because she had to, and then she did not re-open because she cares about her clients and did not feel it was safe to do so until she was able to get vaccinated. She is now vaccinated, she wears a mask during the massage, has an air filtration system running and only sees vaccinated clients. Oh, and she gets tested weekly. She takes all the precautions to ensure her clients are protected. And she gives the most amazing massages, she does cupping and she does stretching! I would not go to anyone else for a massage.

From what I experienced, I can say Leslie is truly passionate about what she does. She is a healer at her core and genuinely CARES. This is so rare to experience in todays world. Leslie helped me in a way that was greater than what it might’ve appeared to be. Leslie showed me that I am worthy and deserving. That I am allowed to care for myself and not live in pain. The way Leslie impacted me from just one appointment with her is far more than remarkable. You’ll have to see for yourself. Experiencing Leslie’s healing abilities is beyond poignant. Do yourself the biggest favor and book with her! I am not one to typically leave reviews, but I feel so lucky to be one of the people graced by her gift of healing. I am not used to experiencing this kind of care and I now know what it feels like to have someone genuinely care for your wellbeing. I have never felt such relief in my body. For years I have had the same tense natural state of my body. My body feels relaxed, at ease, without pain, for the first time ever since I can remember. She removed years of pain from intense traumas in just one appointment. I will definitely continue booking with Leslie.

Leslie gave me the best massage, she worked out some really tight and painful spots in the most relaxing and easy way - I wasn't even sore after! There was a wonderful atmosphere with soothing music that was so unique. There was also a mat to lay on which made the entire experience so much more relaxing as I wasn't smashed the entire time - it would be great for anyone with a larger chest or stomach, including pregnant women. I can't wait to go back to Leslie for another massage, I will also be sending all of my friends and family there. Thank you!

I really didn't believe that I was a massage kind of guy but thankfully after visiting Leslie a few times that has changed! I AM a massage kind of guy! I have been going to Leslie at Quality Life Massage Therapy for two hour deep tissue massages over the past several years. She has worked wonders on my neck (I work long hours on a computer) and low back area (have herniated discs)! Leslie incorporates cupping in my massages for added results, which is what the Olympic Team has done on them after a hard work out. If you want results and a great massage, go see Leslie!

Leslie is great. I've had 3 massages from her now and I always seem to fall alseep. She's very personable and seems to care about the comfort of her clients. She also is versed in multiple modes of therapy including cupping, which I've learned is pretty useful near the shoulder blade.

I'm a guy that doesn't like a massage for the relaxation. However, I find with Quality life I come out relaxed even when I go there for body maintenance. I was having pain in my knee and found it difficult to do the activities I enjoy doing. After one session with Leslie my pain was reduced tremendously. Not only am I back to playing basketball at the level I enjoyed before the session, I recall the great nap I had during the session to be super rejuvenating. Best nap and treatment combo ever. Highly recommend!!!!!

You could not find a more caring and knowledgeable massage therapist. She pays attention to what you tell her and works on the areas that are giving you problems. I always walk out of my massage feeling relaxed and so much better than before I went into it. Leslie is worth every penny!

For years now I've known that Leslie Forrester was incredible at her job. But today she definitely earned the title miracle worker. I had been suffering from an excruciating headache for going on 5 days. Leslie spent five minutes with me end and the results were just amazing. I just cannot believe the difference she made and how I feel . INCREDIBLE!!!!

I have been going to Leslie for the last several years. When COVID hit, I really missed her massages since she closed down - first, because she had to, and then she did not re-open because she cares about her clients and did not feel it was safe to do so until she was able to get vaccinated. She is now vaccinated, she wears a mask during the massage, has an air filtration system running and only sees vaccinated clients. Oh, and she gets tested weekly. She takes all the precautions to ensure her clients are protected. And she gives the most amazing massages, she does cupping and she does stretching! I would not go to anyone else for a massage.
