Depending on your goals we may work on the massage table or on a Thai floor mat. I utilize wooden and stone tools for percussion, gentle fascial scraping and targeted pressure. At your request, I also have aromatherapy oils.

Plan to wear workout or gym clothes that allow a full range of motion. Dark in color clothing is preferred if you have added the herbal compress, as some of the herbs used in the herbal compress can stain clothing.
