If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice. If your cancellation is less than 24-hours, there will be a 50% fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged the full amount. Join me in Fuquay-Varina or at Triangle Rock Club - Salvage Yard and take some time to revitalize your body. During any session you will experience a variety of modalities and techniques that I have learned over the last 10 years. Depending on your goals we may work on the massage table or on a Thai floor mat. I utilize wooden and stone tools for percussion, gentle fascial scraping and targeted pressure. At your request, I also have aromatherapy oils. Plan to wear exercise/gym clothes that allow a full range of motion. Dark in color clothing is recommended if you have added the herbal compress, as some of the herbs used in the herbal compress can stain clothing.
