This session works within massage therapy scope of practice and focuses on improving muscular balance, reducing tension, and supporting more comfortable jaw function. Structural or medical concerns are referred to appropriate healthcare providers when needed.
TMJ Session

Service
40 minutes
Follow-up sessions continue the therapeutic work established during the initial TMJ assessment while respecting the sensitivity of jaw muscles and surrounding tissues. Because the jaw can fatigue easily, shorter treatment times allow progress to occur gradually without overworking the area.

Sessions focus on reducing remaining muscle tension, improving coordination between the jaw and neck, and reinforcing changes achieved during previous treatments. Techniques may include targeted external and intraoral work, along with supportive neck and upper-body therapy to address contributing tension patterns.
