I have done reiki with Rach and it has helped me SO MUCH. I sleep better, focus more, feel more aligned. I recently held my 40th birthday party at pine and prism with Rach coordinating some beautiful offerings for our group of women (reiki, guided meditation, candle anointing, aura photography, tarot). Best birthday party ever. 10/10. Highly recommend! It was incredible! Such a magical space and community she has created!

Whoever said money can't buy happiness was way wrong, because I was able to purchase it from Rach at Pine + Prism! I am OVERJOYED to report that my 12 week microdosing journey with Rach was beyond successful and I am continually experiencing all the shifts that are supportive to a more peaceful and intentional state of being. SO happy! 12 weeks ago - I was at a point in my life where my cyclical behaviors and habits were becoming overwhelming and beyond frustrating. I knew there had to be a something that would help me get out of my own way. I was interested in microdosing and attended a women's event where Rach was the featured business person. The moment I saw her I just KNEW she had all that I was seeking... & Guess what? She absolutely did. I immediately connected with her and was beyond eager to begin her offering of a 12 week microdosing journey. The offering starts with an initial consultation to determine you are a good fit for the medicine. She carefully guides you through all of what to expect and is fully open to any questions or concerns that come up. Once you're feeling confident you order your dosage and begin. Alongside the dosing, you meet with Rach in her absolutely beautiful and calming space to share what you're looking to shift in your life and each 1:1 is complemented with an ever so nourishing Reiki session. I have a relatively fair amount of experience with guided mediations and similar offerings but I still cannot emphasize enough how outstanding Rach's peaceful approach, calming energy and authentic power comes through so naturally. She has absolutely aligned with her highest calling and it is such a gift to witness and be moved by her. I could go on and on about how lovely this experience has been but I would simply say to anyone who is remotely interested in microdosing or knows someone who might be, please do your future self a favor and connect with Rach so you can change your life for the best. Forever grateful and feeling ever so grounded and empowered by this. I love Rach! Ps... at minimum go check out her space at a FIRST FRIDAYS event... she does Aura Photography (which is...WHAT? Sooo cool!) This along with many features from other local artists and holistic practitioners. Rach is a gem and here to uplift the community so... go be uplifted!

The space of Pine & Prism is warm, simple, light, inviting. Rachel adds to this warmth with her hospitality and welcoming demeanor. We had our Aura photographs taken and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. ✨

I had the most beautiful experience during Rach’s Reiki Microdose Journey. From the moment it began, I felt so safe and cared for. Watching Rach in her element - facilitating and offering her energy work - was truly special. She has such a kind and grounded presence. Every time she came to sit with me, I felt completely supported and at ease. The journey itself surprised me in the best way. I wasn’t sure how perceptible the microdose would be, but it was actually quite potent… It brought through meaningful insights that I’m still integrating. The space was thoughtfully decorated, and small touches like the weighted blanket made such a difference. If you’re considering this offering, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a gentle yet powerful experience led by someone who genuinely knows how to hold people with care and integrity.

Working with Rach was such a delight! I did a 12-week guided program with her through Pine and Prism, with microdosing and reiki, and each session was such a gift. Rach holds such a gentle, welcoming space. I’d never done a program like this before and she was a truly grounding person to walk me through it. We’d always start with a warm bevy and cozy up on the coach, before we got into the good questions. It’s a really welcoming, judgment-free space. I was drawn to Pine and Prism because of the one-on-one attention, and it was exactly what I needed. It was always so personal and every week, I truly left feeling like a lucky duck, like someone was paying such close attention to my journey and it made me feel so seen. It was sweet! Rach put so much care into our sessions, from weekly journal prompts to check-ins that helped me track the things I was learning. My goals were to work on my anxiety and experience more deep joy. I learned a great deal through this process, but it never felt like “too much.” It really is a gentle journey. I’d never tried Reiki before, but it was such an amazing thing to have in our sessions. Truly, never felt more relaxed. If you’re looking for gentle, compassionate guidance on your healing journey, Pine and Prism is the place!

Rach’s 12-week coaching program completely changed the trajectory of my healing journey. The year before I started Rach’s program, I was fumbling through my healing journey alone - I had started going to therapy but quickly realized something was missing. A few months into this year, I started this 12-week program and week over week, I saw deeply personal, positive changes beginning to take shape. The coaching program is designed with intention - setting up each individual with the tools they need to create lasting change. The content that Rach curated expertly fit my needs going into each week, changing and adapting as I did over the 12-week course. The love, care, and attention Rach puts into each individual coaching program is unmatched and I cannot thank her enough for creating this offering for such a transformative experience. I felt seen, heard, and supported during each session as she curates such a welcoming and safe space to heal and grow. You can see even in your first meeting with Rach at Pine and Prism that she is living her calling and sharing her innate gifts with the world - what a blessing to witness and be a part of!

Rach is an incredible space holder, a safe place to land in the chaos of the world. I attended both a ceremony in her space and a micro dosing session she facilitated, and both helped me tap into clarity that I needed desperately!

Working with Pine & Prism isn’t just about the medicine. Although its impacts are powerful. The medicine allowed me to gain greater awareness of my patterns and behaviors during this 90-day program. I was able to step outside of myself and look inward. To notice in a much more profound way than I was ever able to access before. In addition to finding the right microdosing blend, dose, and cadence to meet my specific needs, Rach provides weekly coaching sessions where we dive deep into what I’m going through that particular week. We talk about what’s coming up for me. How I’m feeling. What I’m finding challenging. She listens carefully and provides thoughtful insight. I leave these sessions feeling seen, held, and understood. Based on conversations and goals during each session, Rach develops a weekly curated package. A breathwork recording, a somatic recording, a meditation recording, and seven introspective journaling questions to help me feel more grounded, aware, and ready to make the shifts I want. These packages feel tangible, accessible, and incredibly supportive throughout my medicine journey. They’re like an extra guide, a co-pilot helping me navigate my way with more ease and clarity. Rach provides an additional element that makes this program stand out: Reiki. These Reiki sessions provide balance, lightness, and a nurturing release. I found them to be a relaxing and restorative counter to my go-go-go lifestyle. I have yet to discover a more holistic microdosing program out there. I truly don’t think one exists. This is the most integrated, hands-on, personalized approach to healing that I've ever experienced.

I had always wanted to do aura photography, so decided to book a session for my birthday. Pine and Prism is a gorgeous relaxing space and Rach was so thoughtful and sweet, really taking the time to explain and interpret my aura reading. It was such a treat! I highly recommend this special experience.

My recent reiki session with Rach was so healing. I felt completely held and cared for in her calm and inviting space. It was truly a whole-body experience, allowing my nervous system to finally relax and drop into a state of peace and bliss!

Rach has such a lovely, caring presence, one that I would recommend to anyone who is interested in receiving energy work. My husband and I went to her collaborative offering with Bendable Therapy and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The psilocybin tea was yummy, the space was welcoming and cozy, and Rach was a sweet, grounding presence for the 3 hour session. I couldn’t help but smile internally every time she came to my side to offer reiki because there is a warmth about her being that just allowed me to breathe easy and go a little bit deeper knowing I was safe in her hands. The whole experience was very gentle and yet had some profound messaging with themes I had been working on in my life. I came to Rach at Pine & Prism looking to release stuck energy, create more space for ease and inspiration, and slow down the spinning wheels. My sessions with her were invaluable. She took the time to actively listen to my challenges and what I was hoping to gain from Reiki. She offered thoughtful insight and provided helpful integration after our sessions. Rach was incredible. When I cold-called her with a completely out-of-the-box idea—to do Reiki on my friends at a birthday gathering in the park—I wasn’t sure how it would land. Would it feel awkward? Would people engage? I’ve always been curious about Reiki, and Rach made me feel instantly validated and at ease with the idea. She agreed to come, and I’m so glad she did. When the day arrived, Rach showed up with warmth, presence, and an intuitive sense of how to introduce Reiki to a group setting. My friends were blown away. They raved about the experience—feeling subtle shifts, sensations, moments of calm or clarity—whatever their body or heart might have needed. Even in a party environment, Rach was able to adapt, offering shorter sessions that still made a big impact. (That said, I highly recommend booking her for the full 2-hour experience—I’ll be doing that next.) Several friends pulled me aside afterward to say they’d seen Rach privately before and had truly transformative sessions. As for me, I left feeling lighter, grounded, and totally in awe. Rach was gracious, present, and kind, and she followed up with such generous energy. I’ll absolutely be seeking her out again—and recommending her to anyone who's even remotely curious. If you’re a skeptic? Even better. Be open. Be kind. Get ready to be wowed.

Rachel provided me with my first ever reiki session, and it was better than I could have imagined! Her space is incredibly calming and inviting, as is she. Sensational! Rach is absolutely incredible. I was familiar with reiki, but this was my first session, and I had no idea what to expect or what I would experience. Rach has such an amazing energy to her, I felt immediately welcome and at peace the minute I walked through the door. This was my first experience with reiki, and I was a little nervous about what to expect. Rach took the time to chat with me beforehand and walk me through the process, and her non-judgemental approach and attitude really helped me relax and enjoy the session. 10/10 recommend microdose coaching with Rach. Microdosing and the guidance for integration, has helped me feel like I have more space to slow down. I feel more open to new experiences, new ideas, to reconsidering some of my assumptions about myself or my future. My thinking is less stuck and I feel overall much more open minded. After the 12 week program, I’m experiencing less urgency and more patience. Patience with myself, with others, with the flow of life. I have more trust in myself and in the universe, that things will unfold how they are meant to, and I believe I will land on my feet no matter what life throws at me. I’m learning about my needs – need for space, alone time, routine… and balancing that with my need for connection and adventure. I’ve been practicing setting boundaries and honoring my own needs. I’ve been kinder to myself, and more accepting of where I’m at. I’ve been gentler with myself when I make mistakes, which has allowed me to move forward faster and more gracefully. This whole experience has been really transformative, and I’m so grateful to Rach for such compassionate guidance. Rach met me where was at, and gently encouraged reflection and growth, providing so much support along the way. The journal prompts, recordings, and weekly support during and in between our sessions was SO helpful in so many ways. I had such a beautiful experience <3

I have had a few Reiki sessions with Rach and most recently her 30 minute sessions when I was short on time. It's a perfect way to start the week or to receive additional support, find clarity or clear the air. I always leave feeling more grounded, lighter and better equipped to be in the world. Rach has a calming presence and I would highly reccomend her beautiful work.
