Reiki is a gentle, restorative practice that helps ease stress, balance energy, and support your whole being. In our 75-minute session, we’ll begin with a short check-in to honor what’s bringing you in. You’ll settle onto the table for an energy clearing and guided meditation before moving into Reiki — starting hands-off, then shifting to hands-on work from head to feet. We’ll close with a grounding sweep and soothing head work, followed by time for rest and integration. When you’re ready, we’ll share a brief reflection or simply wrap in quiet. Each session is an invitation to restore, realign, and return to yourself.
