Rooted in Refuge

This practice is a place to land.

Blending somatic awareness, gentle floor-based movement, and moments of stillness, this class invites you to move slowly, listen closely, and reconnect with your body from the inside out. You’ll be guided through subtle, intentional movements — sliding, gliding, unwinding — alongside space for pause and embodied meditation.

Rather than pushing or striving, we explore what happens when we soften effort and allow the body to lead.

In a world that asks us to keep moving, this is your time to slow down.

A space to notice.
A space to recalibrate.
A space to return to yourself.

This practice is inspired by SATYA — Somatic Awareness Through Yoga Attunement — a method that supports nervous system regulation, mobility, and embodied awareness through small, intentional movement.

Erin brings a deeply human approach to her teaching, shaped by years of caregiving, end-of-life support, and a lifelong relationship with yoga. Her classes are warm, intuitive, and rooted in the understanding that our practice meets us exactly where we are.

No experience needed. Come as you are.
