This is a quiet place to begin.

Through slow, floor-based movement and supported postures, we’ll gently settle into the body — creating space to notice, feel, and come back into rhythm with your breath.

This practice moves at an unhurried pace, inviting you inward without expectation. Props are used throughout to support ease and comfort, allowing the body to be met exactly as it is.

We’ll close with an extended rest, accompanied by guided meditation and live sound. A space to be still, to listen, and to be held in something steady.

Lisa brings a deeply thoughtful and grounded approach to her work, shaped by over 20 years of practicing and teaching yoga alongside her background in sound healing, education, and leadership coaching. Her offerings are rooted in both lived experience and science — drawing from research on the nervous system, brainwave states, and the role of sound in supporting rest, sleep, and overall well-being. Her presence is steady, intentional, and deeply supportive.
