Nicole was really great to work with. She’s super easygoing, reliable, and just makes everything run more smoothly. She communicates well, stays on top of things, and you can count on her to get stuff done without any stress. What I liked most is her positive attitude, she’s friendly, patient, and always willing to help out. She pays attention to the little details and makes sure things are done right, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for someone dependable and easy to work with.

Every appointment just gets better. As a black woman going through perimenopause (which has caused hormonal facial acne) and an autoimmune disorder, I was very skeptical to try the services because those three things can make it very difficult to address but to my surprise the facial was beyond exceptional! Although , my skin barrier wasn’t compromised when I started almost a year ago, it is much healthier. My skin feels good and has a radiant glow again! I’m so thankful that I found her and gave Nicole with PIEL Beauty Bar a chance, I highly recommend her services and I don’t see myself changing esthetician’s!!

I would rate Nicole’s shop and service 12 out of 10. You can easily tell how much she loves what she does, and how detailed she cares for her space and her clients. She is running a promotion for March, and I would recommend whoever is interested in taking care of their skin to see her. I will continue to see her on a regular basis to care for my skin.

Nicole is amazing and this was definitely the best facial I've had. She takes her time, gives really phenomenal customer service, explains the process, facial treatment and uses high quality products. I've come to her a few times and she's been able to help improve the quality of my skin (I suffer from acne and fine lines and hyper pigmentation) and everything has improved, my acne is gone and my skin looks like it's glowing for once in my life. She really takes great care in ensuring you're satisfied and understand the aftercare. She even recommended a regimen for skincare to upkeep my facial treatments.

Nichole is a very patient and plight person. She made sure to explain every step she was doing with you. She was very gentle and firm at the same time. Once we were finish with facial she talked over the next steps with me and what I should do to keep my face healthy. I am sending everyone I know to her. Piel was very clean and comfortable. When I left, I felt relaxed and more beautiful.

I came to Nicole for a deep cleansing facial but after discussing my skin goals I've been going to her for microneedling as well. I am loving the results so far of my treatmentments and my face has a beautiful smoothe texture. I even feel like my complexion has a glow now and have been getting compliments on how good my skin looks. Huge thanks to Nicole for the glow up!

I should have listened when I was warned not to patronize this business. I’ve always had good skin, but ever since I let Nicole give me a facial and followed her product recommendations (which she handed to me in a baggie), I’ve noticed a major change. My skin is now flaky, dry, and just not the same at all. I’m not sure what products she used or gave me, but the results have been disappointing. I would not recommend Piel.

I’m honestly surprised and disappointed by this experience. I purchased a facial for my wife with Nicole, who operates within our building, as a way to support a small business. My wife values doing just that, and although she had heard some concerns beforehand, she chose to proceed in good faith. Unfortunately, she experienced a negative reaction following the facial, and her skin has not been the same since. She later shared an honest review reflecting her personal experience. What is most concerning, however, is what followed. I was approached by Nicole in an aggressive and disrespectful manner regarding that review. I had never met her prior to this interaction and was taken aback by the way I was spoken to. As a business owner, this type of behavior is both unexpected and unacceptable. This experience raises serious concerns. Based on what occurred, it appears that if a client has a negative experience, there is an expectation that it should not be shared. Potential clients should be aware that voicing honest feedback may be met with hostility rather than professionalism.
