Between the ages of 5-12 months , you may notice that your pup has developed some undesirable behaviors that are harder to correct.  Whether they are still struggling with potty training, dragging you on the leash, jumping on people, have no house manners, or fearful of public spaces, dogs, and people, I can help!    This is a critical time in their life where bad habits can be hard to break. The older they get, the harder these habits are to break.  Sometimes, removing a pup from their home and placing them in a structured environment under the guidance of a trainer is the best answer!  Here, they will learn proper house manners, social skills, and leash etiquette that will have you both feeling less frustrated and build a stronger relationship with each other.    Older pups who have some of these skills down, yet need strong focus in other areas may qualify for 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks, to be determined through our consultation. Some pups may need an additional week or two(+$750/week)

(For pups over a year old, and those with a rough history)     You may notice that your pup is more stubborn, bigger, stronger, harder to control during walks, impulsive, overstimulated, or destructive. As your pup matures, some of these issues will escalate, leaving you feeling frustrated and defeated.    From the ground up, I will help your pup build a strong obedience foundation. They will grow in confidence, have solid focus, and will be able to replicate what they have learned with me into real life situations.  Walk your pup with confidence, and experience what a bonding experience it can be!    This program is also an excellent choice for recently adopted pups who are fearful, lack confidence, have poor social skills, or lack obedience skills in general.  Trauma, neglect, and long-term kenneled pups carry lifelong PTSD, just like humans.  I have the time, patience, and experience necessary to help your pup emotionally regulate themselves.  Get your new pup started on the right track by investing into their training.  If you enroll within 2 months of adoption, a 25% discount will be applied! Program is designed for my more difficult cases or older pups for 6 weeks. For those with severe trauma/fear reactivity/nervousness, an additional week or two may be required (+$750/week)

Refresher course designed for puppies who have already been through training, but need to brush up on skills. This course is only good for up to 6 months after graduating puppy boarding school.

A brief, 10-minute consultation may be required to see if my services are necessary, or if I can redirect you towards another professional. Training tips will not be discussed over the phone. This service is to find out what type of training your dog requires.

Before your dog can be considered for the Board & Train program, an in-home consultation will need to be scheduled and reserved by deposit. A behavior evaluation will be performed, then a training plan will be discussed. We will go over the contract and online forms, and I will end it with a small training session. Please be prepared to spend up to 2 hours of your time during our consultation!

It was easy to overlook when your puppy was tiny and adorable, but not anymore. Now they are a bigger, more menacing, toddler version of the infant puppy that once was. Your frustration is frequent and your patience is gone....maybe rehoming the puppy has even crossed your mind once or twice. Please don't give up! Your puppy needs our training program to unlearn these naughty behaviors, develop healthy patterns, grow a strong obedience foundation, learn proper house manners, and to grow in skills that will last them a lifetime! It is recommended to bring them back for a refresher course as they mature to continue their education by learning more commands and how to handle real-life distractions.
