Copy of updated vaccination records (emailed to petrospect.pet.services@gmail.com by photo, or scan) ****Vaccination records needed previous to boarding at our facility**** - Distemper, Bordetella, Rabies and a fecal done within 3 months of them coming 2. Names of current flea, tick, and heart worm preventions along with date given to pet last. (emailed to petrospect.pet.services@gmail.com by photo, scan, or typed out in the email) 3. 2 Copies of your keys, door code, visible lock box, (or Concierge) (for any services at clients home) 4. Collar with name tag (must be on pet at all times) 5. Freedom “No Pull” Harness (dogs over 15lbs) (highly recommended)

Your Petrospect Pet and sitter will have a 30 minute visit to walk, feed, water, or let have potty & play time in owners fenced yard. - (Dogs only) No fenced yard? No problem! Please have leash and Freedom Harness available for potty break. ** Visits booked or cancelled less than 24 hours are not credited or refunded If dogs can’t be walked together, $25 fee is added for the second walk. If you would like to share the 30 minutes it’s only $25.
