Our AKC Fit Dog Level 2 Class uses luring and shaping to train strength, flexibility, cardio and body awareness. Activities include obstacle courses, rear end awareness, strength and cardio training. We'll add additional height challenges to your level 1 exercises.

Dogs need to complete an AKC Fit Dog level 1 course with ANY instructor and submit their certificate of course completion and vaccine records on or before the first night of class.

All dog teams receive a certificate of completion. Teams who meet requirements for an AKC Fit Dog Title receive a Paragon Pups title ribbon.

Receive a Personalized Dog Workout Plan designed exclusively for you and your pet or sport teammate.

Each student receives:
Instructions for obtaining gait analysis videos and posture photos (virtual) or an in person gait analysis and photo shoot session (30 miles of Springfield MO)
An initial coaching session to review all your exercises. Zoom style call is available to all students (in person coaching session is available for students 30 miles of Springfield MO)
A detailed questionnaire for me to review your goals for your dog, strengths, weaknesses, history, current activities and more. I use this info to design your program.
A video library of exercise tutorials hand picked for your dog to achieve your goals.
A fitness circuit detailing sets, reps, and which exercises to do each day of the week for 6 months.
Each circuit includes body awareness, strength, flexibility, and cardio activities for your dog.

To ensure personalized attention for you and your dog, we maintain a maximum limit of 10 participants per session. This enables your instructor to devote ample time and focus to each participant's needs and requirements during the session.

Single session training for dogs or puppies over 10 weeks old. Can be any combination of manners, fitness or sport foundations. Must be up to date on vaccines per vet's recommendations. May be with multiple dogs. Sessions last 1 hour.

Location may be at client's home, at a public park or at Jazz's Dog Gym, depending on what skills you and your dog want to work on.

Location may be at client's home, at a public park or at Jazz's Dog Gym, depending on what skills you and your dog want to work on.

Receive a detailed, subjective report from a Certified Canine Athlete Specialist for your dog's movement and posture. We'll film your dog in a walk and a trot from multiple angles, plus get multiple photos of your dog in a sit, stand and down.
This is crucial for designing a fitness program and will help your vet diagnose possible injuries.
