Each session is customized to the client's needs. The client should specify if there is a focus area, their desired pressure level and their goal for this session. I will adapt my pressure to the physiological responses of the muscles; I do not use more pressure than what is necessary to gain a positive muscular response and it is important for the client to communicate with me if they are uncomfortable with the pressure.

Sometimes you just want to relax! Let's skip the deep tissue and corrective therapy today and let's focus on feeling rejuvenated! This session will include a variety of techniques taken from the Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Esalen and other great relaxation modalities. Customizations can be made per client's preference.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil; the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation of dense muscle tension. Great for those who have had little success with deep tissue therapy or those who simply want to relax with added heat.

Active Cupping Massage is a modern adaptation of the ancient Chinese art of cupping therapy. Cupping helps free up congested areas by adding oxygen to the area and increasing circulation. Good circulation is important for healthy tissue and organ systems. *Red marks can still occur and can last a few hours to several days, but with active cups, the marks will be spread out and less defined.

Everyone could benefit from stretching, but sometimes it's just not convenient or you have no motivation, we've all been there! So, let me help you by moving you through a series of stretches from head to toe. I'll mostly be doing the work for you and occasionally you'll need to actively engage a muscle to achieve a desired result. All sessions will be adjusted to fit the clients' abilities and needs.
