Best massage ever! Ashley is so warm and welcoming. She asks so many questions and genuinely wants to make you feel your best during and after you leave. She takes mental notes and remembers your last visit. Is your neck or knee still bothering you? What can we work on for you today? Her massages are not just for relaxation, she truly works wonders when it comes to medical problems. Whether you want to treat yourself after a long week or work through some body/muscular issues, I can’t recommend Ashely highly enough. She truly takes her therapy to heart!

Ashley truly creates a safe, welcoming, and warm environment. I have had quite a few massages from a variety of places… without a doubt none of them even come close to my experience with Ashley. I often struggle with the pressure applied during massages, but Ashley has a special ability to listen to the feedback my body tells her and of course checks in before, during, and after. She gives great tips for taking care of my body between massages. I feel my body literally “melt” into the table and release so much physical & mental tension. For anyone in the Hampton Roads area looking for a massage, I cannot recommend Ashley at Ocean Oasis enough!!

Great experience. It felt like Ashley has worked on me for years despite it being our very first session. Overall I would describe the experience as a comfortable quietness where I can let go. I need a therapist that can provide a bit more pressure (especially on my upper and lower back). The pressure was perfect. I’ll definitely be a repeat client - can’t wait to try the energy balancing during my next session.

I have been coming to Ashley for a while now, and she is consistently wonderful! Ashley takes great care to understand your needs and tailor your experience each time accordingly. I have booked numerous different services with her, and each one is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I cannot speak highly enough of her!

I really had the best experience with Ashley. I went in for a reiki session. She was so attentive and explained everything clearly. She has an amazing personality and is extremely skilled at what she does. I love the space she created! Super relaxing. I will definitely be back to try more of her services. Very reasonable prices too. Hidden gem for sure.

Ashley always does such a great job! She is always working to find a solution to my aches (there’s plenty lol) and I love that she always asks me what I like and what I want every visit.
