Rollover Policy One unused facial may roll over to the following month only. Rolled-over services must be used within that month or will expire. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that month’s facial. Missed Appointments No-shows will result in the loss of the scheduled session. Discounts & Benefits Membership perks, including discounts on skincare, add-ons, and chemical peels, are exclusive to active members and cannot be combined with other promotions. Non-Transferable Membership benefits and services are non-transferable and may only be used by the member. Add-Ons & Upgrades Add-on services and upgraded treatments are not included in the monthly membership and may be added at an additional cost. Cancellation of Membership Membership may be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment. Any unused services must be used within the active billing cycle and will not carry over after cancellation.
