Natalie was so kind and provided me with a fantastic first experience. Her relaxing space and caring attitude made me very comfortable. Natalie spends the time to get to know your skin type and makes sure to customize the right facial for you. She was so thorough when it came to going over my skin and providing me with the right routine at home. Natalie is a warm, gentle person with so much knowledge and really cares about what she does. It was an amazing first facial with her and I cannot wait to go back and continue treatments!

I have been a client of Natalie’s for over a year for facials and I don’t know how I existed without her in my life (not to mention my skin)! I was never a fan of facials. Having very sensitive and reactive skin, when I have had facials in the past the experience was extremely unpleasant. I felt judged for my skin’s condition and the treatments were all based on what the spa offered - no customization for my skin type whatsoever leading to my skin oftentimes looking worse than when I came in. That all changed when I met Natalie. From the moment I met Natalie, I knew I had found a gem! She was so kind and her energy was so positive. She took the time to get to know me and asked questions about my skin, my goals for improving my skin, and how she could help me achieve them. Natalie takes a very custom and holistic approach to your treatment based on her evaluation of your skin type and its current state. She is very knowledgeable in all skincare and is on top of the latest treatments. Her attention to detail and the fact that she listens to all my concerns are very important to me. She also uses top-of-the-line products and does not use or recommend anything she has not tried on herself first or thinks would be harmful to your skin. She takes the time to walk you through the facial process to make sure you are comfortable from start to finish. When I leave Natalie my skin is glowing! I never have any adverse reactions. Also, her facials are so relaxing - her space is beautiful and you really feel relaxed and pampered the whole time. When it comes to facials Natalie is the only person I now trust with my skin. She is simply the best and I couldn’t recommend her more!

As soon as I was greeted by Natalie for our first appointment, I felt at ease with her warmth, knowledge, and easy manner. Natalie takes the time to explain what she is doing, why she is doing it, and how I can help myself between sessions. My skin is very problematic, and Natalie has been working with me on a skincare routine that is heeding excellent results. My rosacea has been much less red and inflamed, and my skin has never felt more moisturized. I have been receiving an oxygen treatment and the use of red led light therapy for treatment, and have been impressed by the results. You’re in excellent hands with Natalie!

I've had three facials with Natalie so far and each one is a completely different, customized experience. The products and massage techniques she chooses to use are personalized to your skin's seasonal needs. The one constant is that each facial is an incredible experience that leaves you with silky smooth, glowing skin and a smile on your face!

I’m so happy to have met Natalie and had a facial with her. She’s very warm, has a great energy and makes you feel very comfortable. Most importantly she is incredibly knowledgeable and knows her craft. She asked about my routine and what products I use to better custom the type of treatment best suited for my needs. I also appreciate that she takes a more natural approach and encourages holistic methods. We also did a little meditation post facial and that was a a nice relaxing finish to the treatment. I highly recommend Natalie! PS. A big plus for me was the products she recommended are affordable and a nice change to some of the overpriced products a lot of other places have referred.

This was my first experience with Natalie and it was incredible. She shared such knowledge about skin and my own skin’s needs-not only was it an amazing facial, but first time getting a buccal massage. I couldnt believe what my skin looked like after-i felt new and refreshed. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

I haven’t had a facial in years, but after my visit with natalie i will definitely be making it a monthly priority. Iv been struggling with acne for years now and have tried just about everything. Natalie explained so much to me and helped me really understand how my everyday lifestyle effects my skin. Natalie is a dream! She takes her time to explain everything and is so knowledgeable about all the products she uses. She really listens to your concerns about your skin. I had a procedure done and she checked in with me later that day and the next to see how my skin was feeling. I've been seeing Natalie for almost a year, and if you are seeking to start your skincare journey, I highly recommend her! I used to buy Groupon facials and Chemical Peels here and there - I was discouraged by prices of other estheticians along with the monthly commitment. I struggled with huge painful pimples on my forehead, and decided to take the plunge with Natalie. First of all, her prices and products are super reasonable, and she is very transparent about what she charges. She always asks and informs me about add-ons - no surprises with her. She is also the first esthetician I've seen who does not point out the negative or who tells me what I'm doing wrong. She is extremely positive, and genuinely cares about bringing your skin to it's best state. In less than a year my painful breakouts are no longer. People compliment me on my skin (without makeup!) for the first time in my life. At 30 I'm finally confident with my skin and I owe that to Natalie.

Natalie was fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things skin and skincare (including the science and research behind why certain active ingredients work and don’t work even though they are pushed by the larger cosmetics companies - ex: topical collagen does NOT work!). She took her time to not only speak with me about my skincare routines but about my medical issues and allergies and how my skin reacts to them. She combed through her skincare line to ensure that I didn’t have a flare up from a specific ingredient and we tested others on my arm. She is a very skilled esthetician and my facial was so relaxing and refreshing! When I woke up this morning my husband said “Wow! Your skin is radiant!”. That is exactly what I was going for, so thank you Natalie. Looking forward to my next facial!!!
