The membership offers the opportunity to train 5 to 6 times a week, with each session lasting between 30 to 75 minutes. The highlight of the membership is the Small Group Training, which ensures that overcrowding is not an issue, allowing the trainers to provide personalized attention and focus on form techniques.

Additionally, members have the freedom to work out during non-class times, giving them the flexibility to tailor their training schedule to their needs.

The membership includes several benefits such as a 90-day Fit Test, measurement and body fat monitoring, and a heart rate monitor. These features can help clients track their progress and make informed decisions about their fitness journey.

In terms of pricing, the Unlimited Orange Membership costs $169.23 per month, and requires a 30-day notice to cancel. The payment is processed through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). We also provide the option to freeze your membership for $7 per month, and we require a 30-day cancellation notice. Our payment system is set up for auto draft only.

We are pleased to announce the initiation of The Pittsburgh Community Spring Fitness Series.

This series will feature an array of classes designed to cater to various fitness levels, including Tabata, Mat Pilates, Intro to Body Weight, Core + More, Power Walking, The Gauntlet (an obstacle course), and Intro to Weight Lifting. Each class will offer sessions for beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants, ensuring that all individuals can effectively engage with the program and achieve their personal fitness goals.

Classes will be held at FitSquad Studios, on the Beltline, or at Pittsburgh Yards, providing convenient locations for our community members.

To enhance the experience, each participant will receive a body composition assessments and fitness tests, allowing participants to establish clear objectives and expectations to guide them throughout the series.
