Scheduling Policies:
A card on file is required to book an appointment. The card will only be charged for a deposit to book the appointment and in the event of last minute rescheduling/cancellation and no call no show.
Deposits:
A $25 dollar deposit will be charged to book an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable! The $25 deposit will go toward the overall price of the service provided. Remaining balance is preferably due in cash at the time of service.
Rescheduling:
You are only allowed to reschedule once, after that you forfeit your deposit and will have to pay another $25 deposit to schedule a new appointment. You can reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment with no penalty. If you reschedule less than the 48 hour window, you will be charged an additional $25.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation done less than the 48 hour window will incur in an additional $25 fee. If you no call no show, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
