Intermediate- Flow – Connect. Coordinate. Challenge. This class is designed for movers ready to deepen their understanding of the Pilates method by building upon foundational principles with more dynamic sequences and flowing transitions. We do ask that you take a few of the Foundation classes prior to taking an intermediate class so you can become familiar with the equipment, Pilates principles and exercises. Advanced- Contrology – Master. Refine. Elevate. Rooted in the original name Joseph Pilates gave his method, Contrology represents the art of mastering movement through precise control, focused breath, and integrated strength. This class is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to refine their technique, elevate their performance, and explore the depth of the Pilates system. Full body workout on the Pilates equipment. Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector and more available to help build your strength, mobility, and balance.
Ideal class for those that feel they’re too old, out of shape to workout, or coming back from an injury or surgery. This class will get you moving; we will be using the Pilates equipment and other props to help you move and promote more mobility throughout your body. We will be focusing on joint health freeing up mobility issues. Our Movability class will help you to feel more free in your shoulders, hips, spine, feet and hands, giving your whole body a chance to realign and move more pain free again.
