I booked Mari and her team for my destination wedding in Key Largo, FL! What a great decision this was. Mari and her team were extremely easy to work with. From the beginning, they were responsive to emails and answered all of my questions. I had my makeup and hair trial 3 days before my wedding and everything went extremely smooth. I had a few tweaks I wanted to make for wedding day and Mari made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to my thoughts and asked great questions. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had some horrible experiences getting my makeup done. You know when you ask for “natural glam” and somehow end up not even recognizing yourself? Yeah… that. Mari completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt at ease. It’s warm, inviting, and honestly just a calming space, which I needed, because your girl came in a little stressed (okay, mini breakdown and all 😅). But Mari handled it with such grace and kindness. What really sets her apart is that she actually listens. Not the “mmhmm” kind of listening,  the real kind. She understood that “natural glam” for me meant bringing out my best, not covering me up or turning me into someone else. And the result? Mari was incredible! I decided to get my makeup done for my rehearsal dinner but was so unbelievably frantic and stressed that day I wasn’t going to make my original time slot. I met Mari at one of my best friend's destination weddings. Mari did the bridal makeup as well as the makeup for some of our friends. Everyone looked amazing and everyone had different features and skin tones. Mari was so attentive to detail, really wanted feedback from the girls, and everyone looked stunning! Fast forward two weeks and Mari was able to squeeze me in last minute for my birthday. I felt so good the entire day--which I needed, as I was feeling a little down on myself.
