If you have had or have a history of cold sores on your lips please consult your physician for a prescription for an antiviral and take as directed starting 4 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cold sore breakout.
Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to your balance on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule please provide 72 hours notice and deposit will be applied towards your new scheduled date. All no shows and failure to provide 72 hours notice before canceling will result in 50% charge of service price.
