Absolutely adore Serena. She makes the entire experience so welcoming and breaks everything down to a level you can understand. My skin looks amazing after a service with her and most importantly a service here reminds me how much self-care matters. So treat yourself and get a facial done because you won’t regret it!

I got a facial + lash lift from Love Letter Aesthetics awhile back and it was amazing! It was my first time for both, and Serena made it so relaxing and fun! She left my skin glowing and soft without any breakouts later on, as she uses really good products on her clients and catered the facial to MY specific skin needs and sensitivities, which I appreciate so much as someone who is acne prone with eczema. The lash lift looked amazing and the elegance with how it grew out over the months was honestly iconic. Serena was also such a trooper for making the lash lift work despite my watering eyes due to my (completely unrelated) environmental allergies and it turned out perfectly! I can’t wait for next time I visit ATX so I can book with my fave esthetician! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience! I got a meet cute facial as a first time customer and the way Serena has structured out the session is very well thought out. We went over my current routine and what I would like to target. She is very knowledgeable and focuses on recommending effective yet affordable products. My skin is glowing after this session and I can’t wait to see how it responds to my new routine. Overall it was a great service all around!

Serena is literally the greatest! I’ve been going to her since the beginning and what sets her apart for me is the way she genuinely cares, and that passion shows up every step of the way. She takes great care in every bit of the service from consultation all the way to the follow up afterward. She educates herself on the science in what she uses and I feel confident in her opinions. My skin has come such a long way since we started. I look forward to my appointment every month as my self care. I went in for the Love Note Signature facial in December and cannot recommend enough! Skin felt so smooth and rejuvenated after, I couldn’t believe it. 😭 Serena was so kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to about skin concerns, etc. I picked up the Skin Script Cucumber Hydration Toner that she used during the facial and sold in house and I’ve already been through 2 bottles!

I am so impressed by my results after getting a facial with Serena at Love Letter Aesthetics! My face was brighter and sculpted so beautifully after my session, and my skin was glassy and radiant. Not to mention, she listened to me vent about my life the entire time, so on top of an amazing facial, I also had a weight lifted off of my shoulders and left with a clear mind as well as clear beautiful skin. I can’t recommend Love Letter Aesthetics enough and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much, Serena!

My customized skincare routine put together by Serena at Love Letter Aesthetics was such a big step toward bettering my skin. I have Keratosis Pilaris on my cheeks, which causes them to have a rougher feel. The products & routine she recommended for me have really smoothed my skin. I also deal with acne, which has definitely reduced since starting the routine. It has been really valuable to have someone put together a routine for me whom is both knowledgeable about different ingredients and products, and also keeps in mind what I personally struggle with in regards to my skin. It takes out much of the whole trial-and-error stage of finding what works well for you and your skin. Would 100% recommend :)

I had such a great experience getting a lash lift and tint with Serena and Love Letter Aesthetics ! The whole process was super professional, everything was clean, well-organized, and I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated how comfortable the setup was! I could genuinely relax and enjoy the service. Communication was definitely a standout!!! Serena explained everything clearly, even checking in a couple days after ensuring everything was still good!. My lashes look amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I could not recommend Serena enough! I loved the facial she gave me. She took the time to hear my concerns and goals for my appointment and even reached out days after my facial to check in on my how my skin was reacting. She even went as far as to send links for products she had suggested during my appointment again tailored to my skin type!

I loved my facial. She is very personal and takes time to understand what you need and takes time to educate you on your skin.

I got my first chemical peel at Love Letter Aesthetics and had a fantastic experience. The space was very clean and professional, I loved how soft and feminine everything was. My skin feels great and I left very happy! 💖

First lash lift and it could not have gone better! Granted this is after I put on some bb cream but didn’t even have to touch my lashes. They already look like I did them up and I’m loving it!!
