The session will start with a 60 Minute Massage customized to your needs. I use deep tissue, swedish, and trigger point techniques to accomplish the goal of the session. The session will end with a 30 Minute Foot Reflexology treatment that starts out with compressions over hot towels to get the tissue warmed up and prepped for the session.

*Reflexology is based on an ancient Chinese therapy. It involves acupressure applied to specific reflex zones in the feet, hands or ears that correspond to body organs and systems to stimulate healing, circulation, tension relief and a person’s general health.
