My husband & I joined King's Creatures Animal Training (KCAT) Club in early November. Laura is the owner of this small business and she is extremely knowledgeable about animal training. We found out about King's Creatures from a friend whose Golden Retriever pup is training with Laura (in person) to become a Comfort/Therapy Dog. So far we are soaking up Laura's online pet training, including regular Zoom meetings where she presents on different topics and we can ask questions regarding the training of our Golden Retriever pup. We feel like we've gotten six months worth of knowledge in just a few short weeks! King's Creatures Animal Training LLC offers a variety of in person training of varying duration and focus for your pet's specific goals. We also plan to enroll our pup in one of the in person training packages, as we continue our adventure journey to certify as a Therapy Dog team. We are so glad we found King's Creatures Animal Training & Laura!

We have a boisterous golden retriever puppy and a stubborn 5 year old pug and we are SO thankful for Laura! It was obvious from the moment we met her that she cares deeply for animals and loves what she does! After each session, she provided videos of what she covered that day with the dogs, along with additional training instructions. These videos and instructions were so helpful and allowed us to make sure we continue her great work! She helped us to better understand and work with our dogs and why the training methods are successful. Laura is wonderful to work with and any questions or concerns I had, she provided helpful guidance. She has a true gift and and I highly recommend her!!!

Laura was great with my dog, George. He's a mature dog, and set in his ways. After just one training session we saw a huge improvement with his behavior at home and on a leash. She also gave us some awesome tricks to use to help manage his separation anxiety. Laura is professional, kind, and her communication was wonderful. I'd recommend King's Creatures to anyone looking for training for their pets!

We sought Laura King’s expertise after adopting a very sassy hound from a shelter earlier this year. Bringing this dog home had a bit of a rocky start, so we were looking forward to learning from Laura what we needed to do. Laura was patient with our dog and us, took the time to get to the root of our dog’s behaviors, and offered excellent advice and showed us firsthand what to do. We started with a sassy dog who became easily frustrated. Fast forward to now, and we have a dog that receives so many compliments on her behavior and demeanor. Most importantly, our dog is happy, and our children are confident and relaxed around her. The core values and mission statement of King’s Creatures Animal Training are not merely words to Laura, but they are reflected in her work and each of the animals and families she works with. We can’t thank her enough for the amazing work she did with our family in such a short amount of time!

Laura does an amazing job, especially in my case, with dog training! I brought my dog to her 6 week basic obedience class, which was not only inexpensive for what was taught, but was done well! My dog, Bailey, learned things very fast and even better, I learned along side her! So now, I can continue working with her and training her in different ways! The best part? Even with Laura moving to Illinois, she still takes the time and effort to give support to her customers! She’s always open to help and give tips!

Laura is simply the best trainer I've worked with. She has patience with even the most stubborn animal. (Speaking from experience our dog Rosie is very stubborn and dramatic) She treats each animal as a member of the family. It was great to have personalize videos of the training in progress. We definitely noticed a difference in our pup when she came home. Though obviously with any training it is only effective if you hold the same rules at home.

Laura is awesome! She is so talented at what she does -- she is patient with not only our dog Joy but the trainers Joy works with. Laura has great tips and "tricks" and can make any situation into a teaching moment! I HIGHLY recommend using Laura, you will be amazed!!!

LOVED our first experience with King’s Creatures Animal Training. Laura King took such great care of our exotic animals while we were away! Wonderful, trustworthy, competent & professional! We knew our pets were in great hands so we could relax while we were away, which is no small feat when you own exotic animals!! We even got photo and video updates of our babies while we were away! Would highly recommend!!

We did puppy training with Laura and we can’t believe the difference. Our dog started out as a crazy puppy and now she’s so well behaved. It was great that she was able to come to you and work on issues in an environment our dog was familiar with. Laura is available to always answer any questions you have and you can tell she loves what she does!

We love Laura and Kings Creatures Animal training for our two puppies. Laura has so much knowledge to share on training and all things dogs!! Highly recommend them

I have known Laura for quite some time now and let me tell you, she is amazing! I don't live close to her anymore so I haven't had the pleasure of her training my dogs personally BUT her videos online have helped me so much! I have learned more from her than any class I could take near me! 10/10 would recommend!

Very knowledgeable, easy to discuss issues even when I'd interrupt with a new thought. Helped confirm we were on the right track for things that need reinforced. Very friendly and easy to talk to in general. No judgement on our lack of training thus far, only focused on the future.
