You may reschedule your appointment if done 24 hours (1 day) BEFORE your original appointment time/date. Late Policy There is a 10 minute grace period for your arrival, after 11 minutes your appointment will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS (Deposits NON-REFUNDABLE)
