Deposits are required upon appointment confirmation and are non-refundable.

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you expect to be late, contact Kendra's House of Beauty as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or will be charged a $25 late fee. If your service begins more than 10 minutes late due to our delay, you’ll receive $25 off your service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

No call/no show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
