We focus on nervous system resilience, expanded capacity, and sustainable rest as a way of being. Each session blends Reiki, somatic work, frequency scans, and intuitive strategy to support your long-term integration. This is where rest becomes your new normal.

A weekly invitation to do your work in a space that supports your nervous system, not your burnout. Includes one private workday per week in Room 3 at The Drop Collective, rest pod access, cozy vibes, snacks, and exclusive discounts on services + events. This is where your workflow meets your wellness.

Day rental of Room 3 at The Drop Collective. Room 3 is set up as an office, usable for anyone who needs a change of scenery from every day work settings (ex. work from home, authors, content creators). This space can be used for podcast interviews, every day work, content creation, writing/creating, etc. Room 3 is a quiet, relaxing setting with a cozy and comfortable vibe. Included in this rental is time in a Rest Pod (per booking availability) as well as snacks and drinks.
