This space was made for your seated practice so we decided to add another offering starting In January 2026. You’re warmly invited to sit in person or via zoom with Madison, a facilitator for the Eyes of Compassion Sangha every Sunday for the month of January from 10am-11am.
This weekly gathering follows the Plum Village tradition, founded by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, offering simple, accessible practices of mindfulness, compassion, and presence—bringing the practice of meditation into everyday life.
Whether you are new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, you are welcome exactly as you are. We look forward to sitting and breathing together.
This is a donation-based practice with donations going directly to the Eyes of Compassion Sangha and the continuation of these offerings.
