Katie was the best! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. It was my first time going to a professional for a Brazilian wax, and she was incredibly thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I can’t say it was completely painless, but she made it as quick and bearable as possible. The whole appointment honestly felt like a fever dream because of how fast she worked! She was also super friendly and easy to talk to, which helped calm my nerves right away. I’d highly recommend Katie to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about getting waxed for the first time!

Katie is literally the best waxer in the bay, I have very tender skin after 2 kids and she makes the whole experience insanely quick & as painless as possible! She makes you feel right at home & she is easy to talk to! Katie genuinely has the biggest heart and cares for every one of her clients dearly. I 10000% recommend the butterfly room 🦋💕

I was referred to Katie by a friend and been coming to her for a couple years now. I’ve pretty much gotten my entire body waxed by her and she does a superb job. Her attention to detail and friendly service is unparalleled. When I come to Katie, I know I’m going to be taken care of. Katie is my absolute favorite waxer!! I have been going to her for about 5 years now. I used to live 5 mins away from her studio but now live 3+hrs away and still come see her to get waxed. She is super flexible and works with my tight schedule. I could easily find someone near me but she makes me feel so comfortable I prefer not to go elsewhere. She is Super thorough and makes it as painless as possible. I’ve done Brazilians, full arms, full legs, underarms, brow lamination/wax, vajacial (my favorite).
