Prior to your massage, were will review your intake form. This form is thoroughly reviewed before your session, allowing your time in the treatment room to be fully intentional and tailored to your specific symptoms, history, and goals. This 2-hour Thai massage session is available for new patients who do not have hypermobility or EDS-related concerns. The first 30 minutes of your appointment will be spent reviewing your health history and intake forms, discussing your goals for treatment, explaining the techniques that may be used during the session, and determining any bolstering or positioning modifications needed for your comfort. The remaining treatment time is designed to help improve mobility, reduce muscular tension, support recovery, and promote overall relaxation. Treatment may incorporate assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, mobility-based techniques, trigger point release, and full-body movement to help improve body awareness and reduce areas of restriction. Each session is customized to your individual needs, goals, and comfort level.
This 90-minute Thai massage session is available for established patients who do not have hypermobility or EDS-related concerns. Your first appointment includes a comprehensive health history review, scar assessment, movement evaluation, and discussion of your goals before beginning hands-on treatment. Therapy is customized to your stage of healing and may include scar tissue mobilization, myofascial release, gentle cupping, desensitization techniques, and movement integration to help improve tissue mobility, reduce restrictions, and support comfortable, functional movement.
Follow-up treatments build upon your initial evaluation and are tailored to your progress and current symptoms. Sessions focus on improving scar mobility, reducing tissue restrictions, restoring movement, and supporting continued healing through individualized manual therapy techniques and home care recommendations when appropriate.
This 90-minute new patient session is designed specifically with the hypermobile population in mind. Your appointment includes a detailed health history and range of motion assessment followed by a customized 60-minute Thai massage session. Treatment incorporates proper compression techniques, trigger point release, gentle mobility work, and muscle activation techniques to help support stability, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. Supportive bolstering and positioning are used throughout the treatment to help the body feel safe, supported, and comfortable during the session.
This 75-minute follow-up session is designed for established patients continuing care with a hypermobility-informed approach. Additional time is built into the session to allow for supportive bolstering, positioning adjustments, slower transitions, and breaks as needed throughout treatment. Sessions are customized to your current symptoms, stability, nervous system response, and recovery needs to help the body feel supported, comfortable, and regulated during the massage.
