Jenna is an amazing massage therapist! She exceeded ALL my expectations. Wonderful sports massage helped years of damage from weight lifting and surgeries. Highly recommend

Jenna took good care of me, and she has a beautiful massage room with a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. She asked me about my areas of concern and made sure those were addressed during my massage, and recommended some stretches and resources afterwards. Jenna found all the knots and sore spots and worked on them gently. I am so grateful! Highly recommend coming to Jenna if you need a massage.

My massage experience with Jenna was excellent! Probably one of the best massages I have had. Her home studio is warm, inviting and relaxing. The temperature in the room and in the bed was perfect. She is an excellent therapist and I look forward to my next massage session with her.

She was Fantastic! Very thorough in our consultation, and asked questions to clarify details and my needs/wants. I have some pretty tough knots and have some issues on range of motion and a bit of pain that are connected to them. She worked with the muscle and seems to have really worked to get the fascia to warm up and eventually release. She didn’t simply dig into the muscle, which can cause more harm than good, in my experience. She paid attention to my pain tolerance and took pressure off when I said it was a little too much. Finally, she didn’t count my consultation time as part of my massage time, which is really nice and she allowed me to talk some but then when I wanted quiet she respected that and matched my tone without me having to say anything. I think I have finally found my massage therapist after moving down here 2.5 years ago.

Jen is amazing! She’s a great listener, making sure to focus on areas you need the most help with. She’s thorough, attentive and very welcoming.

Does not compare to any massages I’ve ever gotten in the past. I will definitely be back.

Posting is outside of my wheelhouse, wanting the best for Jenna. Here's my two cents about Jenna... she is the Best massage therapist! Dealing with a Chronic Back injury, she has provided the Pain relief needed for years. It's been progressive and she works her magic within my personal pain limits. Deep tissue with a very sensitive touch. She will find and work out knots, tension you didn't even know you had and help your body rebuild itself naturally. You will gain more mobility within a recovery day (deep tissue helps back pain). She has a heart of gold for her clients, she's calm and always has a smile. Sharing is caring! Schedule today. I've had multiple breaks, pulled muscles, torn ligaments, and to cap it all off a major car wreck that almost killed me. Took me getting a pulled shoulder muscle in my back and was really hard to move or work. Jenna got me moving and with one session had 1/2 my rotation back and by the second session, which was today I can feel my alignment coming back. Not that I have to go back in two weeks, but I wanted that myself just because it's working. After this next session, I'm pretty sure it could be an every month therapy. I have traversed a lot more than I would have expected and in such a short time. And of course with a little bit of willpower and good healing hands with such an expanse knowledge of the anatomy of muscles and the body. Jenna is highly recommended. And as somebody who takes pride in their own work, I can honestly say she knows what she's doing, and the results are being proven. 5-⭐️

This was my first massage with 4RBodies and I absolutely loved it. A big thank you to Jenna for such a great therapy session. The hot towels and hot stones she incorporated into the massage was very soothing and helped very much. I was surprised that these treatments were included in the price. I’ve always had to pay for them in the past with other massage therapists. I highly recommend Jenna at 4RBodies. She is very professional and skilled at what she does. Her place is professional as well and is calming and soothing. I was totally at ease. I will be back. Thank you again Jenna.

The absolute best massage therapist! Jenna really works with you on areas that you are having problems with. She’s knowledgeable about how to help and her technique is amazing. She has helped me a number times and even helped my mother in law when she visited. We are so fortunate to have found her and so close by!

Jenna is AMAZING she really know her stuff. I dislocated my shoulder like 10yrs ago and for those 10yrs I could barely raise my left arm over my head and after several visits with her I started getting full range of motion back and. She is a life saver. If you need a massage therapist she is the one to see.

Another amazing massage. Jenna always does such a great job. Very relaxing but also enough pressure to work out any knots and soreness.

Jenna is very attentive to my needs and she does so in a beautifully calm demeanor. This time my husband noticed I was moving along pretty quickly so much so he didn’t even have time to get out pick up spot before me. She must be doing a lot of thing right! Thank you from my body and soul.
