I had my car detailed and washed by JeanandJazz Mobile Detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was incredible. my car looks brand new inside and out. Ron took the time to clean every nook and cranny, even spots I didn’t know were dirty. Super professional, on time, and very easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, I highly recommend him! Will definitely be booking again. I Didn’t think my SUV could look this clean after my 7 year old and her friends spilled who knows what in the seats and carpet. Great price(you get what you pay for). I have used another company to get my interiors done but did a horrible job. If you want the job done right the first time without wasting money call Ron.

Did a beautiful job! I decided to have my father's older vehicle detailed for Father's Day. We did the interior and the exterior along with having the headlights restored. The van looked liked it rolled off the showroom floor when it was done. One small spot on the interior vents got missed, but Jean came right back out and resolved.Can't ask for more than that! Dad was thrilled. They did an amazing job. The exterior, not sure what they did to it but it looks incredible!

Job well done on both mine and my wife's SUVs. We both had our vehicles fully detailed and was worth every penny. The crew of three took their time and truly cared for the vehicles. Spotless!!!! Will definitely recommend to others

9/26 UPDATE Jean reached out and offered to have another go at my car. I was very shocked and appreciative of this gesture. They arrived first thing in the morning and addressed my posted concerns and essentially provided a full service all over again. My car looks great! I feel much better about the end result now and that the price I paid was equivalent to the level of care displayed by addressing my concerns and rectifying the situation as soon as possible; ensuring that I left satisfied with their work. I’m not sure how many other places would have approached the situation this positively so I feel confident in recommending their detailing service to others. 9/25 Originally: 3/5 Jean and his partner were very nice people and I appreciate that they come to you for their services. However, I do feel like my service was rushed and the price was not equivalent to the level of work I was expecting. For context I got the full service detail for sedans and my original appointment was set for 12PM. They moved it to 3PM because they were running behind which was not a problem for me. They also have on their site that their appointments are blocked for 4 hours which I know is dependent on the vehicle but reassured me with knowing that they would truly take their time with their work. They eventually messaged back asking to come earlier and arrived at my home at 1:30PM. They worked on my car for a little over an hour and were finished by 3PM. Jean gave me a very quick review of the work they had done and everything looked fine from what he had showed me but he seemed rushed to get to his next appointment which was a bit confusing for me since the blocks are set for 4 hrs and I was also supposed to have been his 3PM appt. This sense of urgency did not allow me a chance to fully sit in my car and asses the work done on my own. After getting in my car today, I do feel like there were quite a few spots missed and the overall attention to detail was not what I was expecting for the price I spent. Overall, I feel that my car got a good clean but not a true detail if that makes sense. It could have just been a busy day for them but I don’t believe I will be using their services again for these reasons. Pictures shown was from after finally sitting in my car.

Jean is such a thorough and attentive dude and I knew right away my car was in caring hands. Jean and Geoff have excellent work ethic , they care and take pride in what they do. It’s actually very refreshing. BUT When the guys showed me my car after they’d finished the detail —-I nearly fell over! I’m serious. MY CAR HAS NEVER EVER LOOKED SO GOOD. Jean and Geoff had cleaned and shined every inch! I’m serious I really didn’t know my car could ever look this good inside and out. The tires, the interior, EVERYTHING, every inch absolutely perfect. I can’t sing enough praises for this black-owned business! Jean is communicative, prompt, polite, honest, and very hard-working. He detailed my small 2008 hatchback both inside and out and she is SPARKLING! I have not taken the best aesthetic care of my car over the years, but Jean really turned back time for even the smallest nooks and crannies. Some highlights in the interior are MUCH improved seats, clean dash and cup holders, dust-free vents, vacuumed floor mats. But the best part is the exterior - my white car is polished and GLEAMING, my headlights are SO CLEAN, and my tires SHINE! Jean even got the gas compartment and the door jambs and trunk jambs cleared out! Jean spent many hours giving my little car all of the attention and TLC she’s been desperately needing! And after it all, he answered all of my questions about follow-up repairs needed. He really went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my old car looking IMMACULATE, and I am beyond impressed! I will absolutely use his services again in the future! Please note: any imperfections visible in my photos are the result of my negligence. Trust me that they look much better today than they did before the session.

Amazing, I cannot thank Jean and his assistant enough for the fantastic job they did with cleaning the interior of my vehicle yesterday. I have an 18 y/o vehicle that I was turned down twice before on my requests for detailing. Jean and Jazz actually came out to see what the actual condition of the vehicle was. I wasn't trying to hide the fact that the vehicle's interior was heavily stained and smelled heavily of old cigar smoke from the previous owner. Jean gave me an honest estimate and did not make any false promises, even gave me a day or so to change my mind. I was determined and kept my expectations reasonable and they have been exceeded!

They did an amazing job. I have a Golden Retriever and often drive my friend’s pitbull around, so my car gets very hairy. They left no spot unturned and made the car look incredible. I’m so impressed!

This was the most AMAZING car detailing experience I have ever had!!! In all of my years of owning and having cars detailed,  this one topped the charts at AAA+++! I'M a raving fan for life! Jean delivered  this car to me in better condition than when I first bought it at the dealer. Every crack and crevice was cleaned and every surface was shined and made to look like a mirror finish. He even removed scuffs that I thought could only be removed by an auto body shop. He arrived to my home promptly, and was professional, friendly, and courteous even to my neighbors. Jean did a great job on deep cleaning my newly bought used car 2015 Honda Pilot and it look like a new car now. I wasn't trying to hide the fact that the vehicle's interior was heavily stained and smelled heavily of old cigar smoke from the previous owner. Jean gave me an honest estimate and did not make any false promises, even gave me a day or so to change my mind. I was determined and kept my expectations reasonable and they have been exceeded!

They did an amazing job. I have a Golden Retriever and often drive my friend’s pitbull around, so my car gets very hairy. They left no spot unturned and made the car look incredible. I’m so impressed!

This was the most AMAZING car detailing experience I have ever had!!! In all of my years of owning and having cars detailed,  this one topped the charts at AAA+++! I'M a raving fan for life! Jean delivered  this car to me in better condition than when I first bought it at the dealer. Every crack and crevice was cleaned and every surface was shined and made to look like a mirror finish. He even removed scuffs that I thought could only be removed by an auto body shop. He arrived to my home promptly, and was professional, friendly, and courteous even to my neighbors. Jean is a MAGICIAN! My 7 year old daughter has been trashing the backseat of my car for the past 4 years. The seats were beyond stained, and it smelled like hot trash. Jean did a great job on deep cleaning my newly bought used car 2015 Honda Pilot and it look like a new car now. Jean shampooed and steam cleaned all the seats, vacuumed thoroughly the foot mats trunk, windows and mirrors are spotless clean, exterior, wheels, tires and bumpers are cleaned and waxed.
