This subscription covers 4 sessions within a month and any unused sessions do not carry over. Each customized 1-hour session incorporates hypnosis alongside other evidence-based modalities and techniques designed to create significant and lasting change.

*All sessions are facilitated through Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link to the session with instructions and reminders for your appointment.
