I help athletes move better so they can perform at their best, on and off the court. With a strong foundation in mobility, recovery, and functional movement, I specialize in bridging the gap between performance and longevity. My sessions blend assisted stretching, myofascial release, cupping, and Graston techniques to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, speed up recovery, and reduce the risk of injury.

In addition to one-on-one work, I host deep stretch and mobility classes designed to keep bodies strong, loose, and ready to perform. I also collaborate with local community teams, providing movement sessions, recovery support, and pre-game mobility work that helps athletes stay healthy and competitive throughout their seasons.

Although my ideal client is an active athlete, my work is for anyone who wants to move and feel better - whether you're in the gym, on the court, or simply looking to improve your daily mobility and quality of life.
