I was recommended by my surgeon to see Ruby after several surgeries to relieve lymphatic swelling, adhesion release and fascia stretching. After 2 sessions with Ruby, my body is feeling like its old self again! We have a long way to go, but, I know we will get to where we are going....Ruby said, "challenge accepted"!!! My arms and shoulders already have improved mobility and range. My scars are beginning to smooth out. My shoulders are pulled back now instead of being hunched over. I started going to Ruby about 3 years ago as a more holistic approach to work through my husband's stage IV cancer diagnosis. At that time I did not know that getting a massage every few weeks would result in a profound change within myself and how I view my life. As far as her massage technique, she is the most well trained I have ever been to (and I have been to many)! She is deeply intuitive and puts the most care and detail into her work. Ruby was the first person to introduce me to Reiki and guided me into a new understanding of energy work. About a year ago I took a leap of faith into Transformational Coaching by Ruby and my life shifted radically. Instead of feeling victimized by my life, I found my ability to heal myself. This new found perspective helped me move forward on a path of higher intention and reach possibilities that I had once thought unattainable. The coaching she does is science based and has proven to maximize growth in all areas of my life. I even became trained in Reiki too 😉 Ruby continues to help me build a stronger mind/ body connection and supports me as I learn to trust my intuition. She is very aware and full of wisdom while also being easy to talk to. I have always felt that she met me on my level. I came to Ruby because I was feeling stuck in a situation relating to my relationships & career path. She did something called an oracle reading (my first time) & the rest of the session left me speechless. I don't believe in magic or psychics, but Ruby somehow pin pointed exactly what I had been feeling for weeks, specifically in relationships and my career choices. It was like she was in my head & was able to see and hear my thoughts. She gave much needed clarity and confidence in what I need to do. After an injury last year that affected my lower back and sciatic nerve, I have been regularly having massage to help relieve muscle atrophy and spasms. Ruby’s knowledge of muscles, trigger points and fascia has given me the ability to regain my strength and confidence in daily activity and also out enjoying the the outdoor activities I missed out last year. Not only is she an unbelievable massage therapist she is an esthetician that believes in holistic skin care. If you have not tried dermaplaning….it is an experience that your skin will love! With the combination of services and products, my skin has looked the healthiest in 59 years!! ♥️❤️♥️

I have been going to Ruby for years now. I went to see her yesterday because I started having sharp pain in my mid and lower back for a few days now and I was afraid it would only get worst. I hadn't seen her since the beginning of the year. She knows it's hard for me to find a reason to go because I always try to put others first. However, I told her it was time and thank God I went. I was feeling PAIN FREE by that afternoon. I love that she always reminds me to take time to put myself first and encourages me on life's journey. You will feel physically, mentally, and emotionally better when you go at her. She's very intuitive and intentional. I always recommend her to family and friends.
