What is a "no-start" condition?

When you turn the key, but the engine does not start, the vehicle is in need of a no-start diagnosis. This test focuses on understanding what is preventing the engine from starting, and how it's happening.

In our experience, it is likely that this is an issue with fuel, starter, alternator, or other charging system component. Please note: If you see a flashing light on the dashboard that says “Security” or “Anti-theft”, then you have an issue with the security or immobilizer system (our mechanics cannot help with the security system).
