If you approve the repair same-day, your diagnostic fee is credited toward the labor cost: 40% off labor if using HX-supplied parts, or 20% off labor if using customer-supplied parts. Credit applies to the primary repair only.
If you decide not to move forward with the repair after diagnosis is complete, the full diagnostic fee is still due — this covers the technician's time and expertise regardless of outcome.
