Please brush, floss & mouthwash before your appointment. This is so the surface of your teeth is clean & the gem properly bonds to the enamel. Gems can only be placed on a real tooth, not a false, crowned or capped tooth. The tooth must have a flat, smooth surface. A credit card is needed to set the appointment. You can pay the balance with the card on file, cash, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.
