This targeted session focuses on specific areas of concern using the ancient art of cupping. Gentle suction draws fresh blood flow to the tissues, stimulates circulation, and encourages a natural healing response. By releasing muscle tension and supporting lymphatic drainage, cupping promotes relief, balance, and restoration. Cupping therapy may be beneficial for those experiencing muscle aches, chronic pain (such as back, neck, or knee pain), and even certain respiratory conditions like asthma. It is also a popular choice for athletes seeking recovery. Please note: cupping is not recommended for pregnant clients, those with wounds or bone fractures at the treatment site, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, or anyone taking blood thinners.
