🔨 Work Tasks
🪟 1️⃣ Repair approx. 6 deteriorated window sills using filler/Bondo stabilization, caulking, sanding, and spot priming.
🪵 2️⃣ Replace approx. 4'x6' rotten porch soffit, remove bird nesting, repair localized framing, rebuild decorative corbel, and replace triangular lower porch panel.
🚪 3️⃣ Repair lower garage door rot, install metal reinforcement plate and new weather seal, and replace lower garage trim/jamb sections.
🚪 4️⃣ Remove broken basement door glass and install plywood infill panel.
🧹 5️⃣ Perform cleanup and leave ready for painter prep.
